Occupancy
Maximum number of guests is 4. Only the individuals listed in this agreement may stay overnight at the property.

Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-In: 3PM
• Check-Out: 11AM
  Late checkout or early check in may be available upon request.

House Rules

• No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises. Violation of this policy may result in forfeiture of the security deposit and additional cleaning fees.
• No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property, including all enclosed spaces and within 15 feet of entrances and windows. Violation will result in a $250 cleaning fee and may lead to immediate termination of stay without a refund.
• No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted without prior arrangement.
• No commercial photography without prior arrangement
• Parking 24 free street parking is available directly in front of the cabin
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-8AM to respect neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment.

Damage and Liability
Guest agrees to leave the property in the same condition as it was at check-in. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be deducted from the security deposit. Guest is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their invitees.

Cancellations and Refunds
50% refund if canceled 14 days before check-in. 100% refund if cancelled within 30 days.

Entry
Owner or authorized agent may enter the premises in case of emergency or with reasonable notice for maintenance or inspection.

Indemnification
Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any liabilities, claims, or expenses arising from injury, loss, or damage that occurs on the property.
